The Hunger Games movies may be coming to an end in November 2015 — but it’s definitely not going to be the end of the franchise.
In the summer of 2016, The Hunger Games will be turned into a live stage performance in London, according to an announcement released by Lionsgate.
“Robin de Levita and the entire production team are the perfect partners for extending The Hunger Games franchise into a live theatrical experience,” Lionsgate Chief Marketing Officer Tim Palen said in the announcement. “Their creative genius, combined with world-class production values and state-of-the-art technology will provide a uniquely immersive experience for fans around the world.”
